Through a series of 6 courses, the Cabriole Leadership team prepares you for a future of purposeful growth, setting a leadership example for your team and colleagues.
Each course leads you further through the application of the Leap to Lead competency framework to your non-profit finance career and workplace. Beyond these initial courses, a roster of coaches that understand the non-profit finance sector are available on referral to support you in application of the framework to your development. Cabriole Leadership will continue to develop opportunities to flex and grow through the Leap to Lead competency framework.
